Cartersville In Pictures

Downtown Cartersville is the center of Bartow County. Here you can visit museums, shop, eat, or just take a pleasant stroll. At least once a month there is a downtown activity including antique car shows, BBQ cookoffs, and parades.

The Cartersville Courthouse is one of the most photographed sites in Cartersville. The gold dome can be seen from many places around the area. It has also been the site of many movies including My Cousin Vinnie.

Cartersville has many museums including the Etowah Indian Mounds located near downtown Cartersville.

The 4 Way Lunch has been a landmark in Cartersville for many years. Anyone around here will tell you it is one place you have to go at least once!

The Euharlee Covered Bridge is one of the few covered bridges that are still around. You can't drive over it now but it makes for a nice walk along the Euharlee Creek.

Cartersville has many beautiful homes on tree lined streets. This picture is of Grand Oaks, a place that everyone loves to visit!

The Cartersville Depot stands beside one of the busiest rail roads around. At least I think it is one of the busiest. You can always see trains rolling through Cartersville.
