Carter Grove Plantation

Carter Grove Plantation is a new home community in the City of Cartersville.  Home prices begin in the low $200's and go up to $1 million plus.  Located on 3000 Acres, when complete this subdivision will have over 3500 homes, 600 acres of greenspace, and over 28 acres of recreation.  The extensive amenities include a lazy river, junior olympic size lap pool, zero entry pool with waterslide and fountain, adult pool, tennis complex, amphitheatre, sports pavillion with basketball and volleyball courts, childrens playground, 8+ miles of walking and hiking trails, and special membership offer to Plantation Golf Club, a semi-private 18 hole course.  Publix is currently under construction and coming soon are onsite public services as well as an onsite elementary school.
