I have been working very hard to design a site that is user friendly and has content that will appeal to everyone from family to friends to clients.  Please let me know how you like it or if you can think of any changes or additions that I might make to it!

On this site you will find search engines for First Multiple Listing Service (FMLS) and Georgia Multiple Listing Service (GaMLS) most of the houses you will find on one will be on the other.  However there are a few companies that only post to one or the other so be sure if you don't see something special on one site try the other search engine! 

Another part of this web site is my blog.  This is something new I've been trying.  I underwent a trial period where I had three blogs and finally have settled on this one.  Blogs are the latest fad on the internet.  It is basically an online diary where I post various "Notes."  Since my goal for this web site is to have a little content for everyone, my blog contains information for buyers, sellers, and my family.  So, as you can guess, there are some baby pictures on there!  I've been posting regularly so there is always new content.  Be sure to check back often and see what's new!

Under Subdivisions you will find tours of various subdivisions throughout the county.  When you find a particular house on the internet it usually has great photos of the front and rear elevations as well as inside photos and even virtual tours.  But, more often than not, it doesn't give you many pictures of the subdivision itself.  That is where my "subdivision tours" come in.  This will give you a feel of the streets through the subdivision, amenities, etc.  I am adding to these tours weekly as I get out to preview homes around the county.  If you would like to see a certain neighborhood here, please let me know and I will get it on ASAP!   I've also added maps to the pages as well so if you like what you see you can map out your directions to go and view the properties.  With some of the newer subdivisions, Google hasn't added the streets yet.  So, I've tried to get as close as possible.  If the maps I've posted don't show the subdivisions themselves then know the arrows are near the subdivision locations.  If you have questions or want to make sure you know where you are going, please feel free to call or email and I'll be happy to help you verify your route!

Under Additional you will find more "cool stuff" such as Cartersville In Pictures.  It has pictures of many of the places in and around Cartersville.  I've also added some RSS feeds for CNN's top stories and for Sesame Street (remember I have a 2 year old).  However, the Sesame Street doesn't seem to be working properly and for this I apologize.  This site is a work in progress.  An RSS feed gives you the latest updates to the web site that the feed is coming from so if there is a new "top story" on CNN you will be able to see it on my web site without going to the CNN site.  This is my attempt to create a web site that can appeal to everyone! 

Just below this paragraph you will see a  Plugoo square.  This will tell you if I am online or not and let you chat with me directly.  If I'm offline, please feel free to leave me a message.  Since it is a direct connection between my web site and my instant messenger any replies I make to your messages will only go as far as my web site so be sure to leave an email address or yahoo ID so I can get back with you.
